Not a bad book, but gives links to what are basically scams, and uses idiotic terms such as 'advertiser' instead of 'author' and 'publisher' instead of simply saying 'affiliate'.Gives general advice on what to do on social networking sites, etc, without giving exact, step-by-step details on what to do (which is what most people want).Spends about 35 pages giving the contents page of the MOBE program (which asks for $2500 to become a licensed affiliate) instead of just teaching us how to do things himself. About half the book is spent in silly quizzes and advertising other people's programs.
I bought this book because of all the previous reviews. I have hard time believing their authenticity after reading the book myself. The info is great and you will learn a great deal about affiliate marketing. My issue is with the incredible amount of grammatical and spelling errors on basically every single page. Affiliate marketing has everything to do with great writing. So I find it odd how terrible the grammar is throughout the entire book. Zero editing was done.
A great read. This book offers you a blueprint of the steps needed to begin an affiliate marketing campaign. Everything you need to know is presented in a simple, step-by-step manner it really lends it self very well to beginners looking to make a living from this business. The quiz section was helpful (even though I struggled initially to get it all in). I also loved the traffic optimization booklet that really goes in more depth explaining how to drive quality traffic to ones affiliate products. I can't recommend this enough!
For a beginner, this book is perfect.
